What kind of business is this for?
Local service businesses with past customers: lawn care, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, pressure washing, roofing and more. If people have paid you before, that's where we start.
Do I have to switch software?
No. Keep what you use to schedule and invoice. We run the texts, emails, and follow-ups from our system and load your customer list into it. Jobber connects directly; with anything else, we import your list.
What counts as new revenue?
Jobs booked by a customer within 30 days of answering one of our messages, and jobs from new customers who came in through a review, a referral, or a missed-call text. Work that was already on your schedule doesn't count, and neither does a plan they already pay for. Every month you get the list, job by job.
Will this bug my customers?
No blasting. Every message is about a job they'd actually want, you approve it first, and anyone can reply STOP.
Can you text all my old customers?
Only the ones who've agreed to get texts from you. That's the law, and carriers enforce it. Everyone else gets email, and we add a text opt-in to your booking so that list grows.
Is there a contract?
90 days to start, then month to month. Texting takes a few weeks to get approved and a season to show what it brings in. After 90 days, cancel any time.
